Certificate only valid at Twickenham salon
Must be at least 18 years old to purchase certificate. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult
No substitution of services
All skin allergy tests must be completed at least 48 hours before any colour service
All bookings are subject to appointment and selected stylist availability
Selected stylists ONLY
CERTIFICATE NOT VALID IN DECEMEBER
Saturday appointments are subject to availability
FRIDAYS, WEEKEND& EVENING APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
YOU MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH ALL APPOINTMENTS
EXCLUSIVE CERTIFICATE MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SERVICE OR APPOINTMENT BOOKED WILL BE CHARGED AT FULL PRICE. YOU MUST STATE THAT YOU HAVE A ‘Exclusive Pamper Experience Certificate’ WHEN BOOKING ALL APPOINTMENTS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR VISIT
Must state certificate number when booking each visit
Visit 1 and Visit 2 must be kept a a minimum of 6 weeks apart
Appointments must be made at least 1 week in advance. Earlier bookings may be available
WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS CANCELLATION NOTICE OR VISIT BOOKED WILL BE FORFEITED. NO EXCEPTIONS
CERTIFICATE EXPIRES 4 MONTHS FROM THE START DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS
Certificate valid for one person only. Additional certificates may be purchased as gifts only
