Valid to new clients only who have not been to Hair Professional within the last 12 months
Must be at least 18 years old to purchase certificate
No substitution of services
Visit 1 must be completed first; all other visits can be done in any order
It is advisable to book early and pre-book bonuses to avoid disappointment. All bookings are subject to appointment and stylist availability
Selected stylists ONLY
December appointments are subject to availability
Fridays, Saturdays & Evening appointments are subject to availability. YOU MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH ALL APPOINTMENTS
CERTIFICATE MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SERVICE OR APPOINTMENT BOOKED WILL BE CHARGED AT FULL PRICE. YOU MUST STATE THAT YOU HAVE AN ‘EXCLUSIVE PAMPER EXPERIENCE’ WHEN BOOKING ALL APPOINTMENTS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR VISIT
Must state certificate number when booking each visit
All 4 visits on the certificate must be kept at least 14 days apart
A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS CANCELLATION NOTICE OR VISIT BOOKED WILL BE FORFEITED. NO EXCEPTIONS
CERTIFICATE EXPIRES 6 MONTHS FROM THE START DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS
Certificate valid for one person only. Additional certificates may be purchased as gifts only
