Valid to new clients only who have not been to SAKS St Albans within the last 12 months
Must be at least 18 years old to purchase certificate. Gifts cannot be bought for anybody under the age of 16 years of age
No substitution of services
Hair Visits must be completed in order. Beauty visit can be completed before Hair visits or in between Hair visits
It is advisable to book early and pre-book bonuses to avoid disappointment.
A SURCHARGE OF £10 WILL BE APPLIED FOR ALL SERVICES FOR BELOW SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR
All bookings are subject to appointment and stylist availability. Selected stylists & therapists only

SATURDAY & SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. THESE MAY BE BASED ON STANDBY BASIS
EVENING APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND MAY BE BASED ON STANDBY BASIS
EXCLUSIVE CERTIFICATE MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SERVICE OR APPOINTMENT BOOKED WILL BE CHARGED AT FULL PRICE. YOU MUST STATE THAT YOU HAVE AN ‘EXCLUSIVE PAMPER EXPERIENCE’ WHEN BOOKING ALL APPOINTMENTS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR VISIT
Must state certificate number when booking each visit
All 3 visits on the certificate must be kept at least 14 days apart
24 HOURS CANCELLATION NOTICE OR VISIT BOOKED WILL BE FORFEITED. NO EXCEPTIONS
CERTIFICATE EXPIRES 5 MONTHS FROM THE START DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS
Certificate valid for one person only. Additional certificates may be purchased as gifts only
No refunds available on this offer. Replacement cards incur a £5 surcharge
